Salamworld finished the worldwide Ramadan campaign with important events in Malaysia, an online trendsetter in South East Asia.
The main focus was made on developing and promoting relations with social activists, bloggers and social networkers establishing interactive dialogue with young users. More than 400 students from International Islamic University of Malaysia, College Poly-Technic Mara (KPTM) and Limkokwing University of Creative Technology eager to contribute into Muslim online society, participated on Interactive Workshop on Social Media organized by Salamworld. Boosting the users to co-develop the social network together and sharing efforts Salamworld is promoting the idea of collecting and developing all the best in Islamic world and applying all these best ideas and initiative for the benefit of all people all over the world.
The Workshop was followed by Grand Iftar in the International Islamic University of Malaysia, where Salamworld signed a memorandum of understanding with the university, and participated in joint program together with International Islamic University of Malaysia. Applying all the efforts to support Muslim society and boosting for the progress of young generation of Muslims Salamworld contributed to the social program supporting orphans providing desktop computers for the use of young people in Malaysia
